So i have not posted in a VERY long time. just some highlights to catch us up. Ashlyn started 1st Grade and Lexi started Kindergarten. Kimber Turned 4 and we had our First camping / Float trip. It was so much fun and I can't wait to do it again next summer!

One of the main reasons we moved here to Missouri is because Jesse really missed the "Seasons" and the changing leaves and all the colors. Here is the front of our house with our huge tree. All this week it has rained a lot, so all of the leaves have fallen off already. And What good is fall if you can't make a leaf pile and jump in.

And Again what good is this season with out Pumpkins!! Thank you to Grandma Hetty for taking us to the Pumpkin patch. We had a great time!

For Halloween we went to Grandma Hetty's and trick-or-treated in her neighbor hood. there were not a lot of house's participating but that was ok we got just enough candy to last me a while!!!! The kids did really well. we were just about home before we got our first "i want to go home". I was even more lucky this year because i did not have to spend any money on costumes. All the costumes were given to us by someone else so we say a big THANK YOU to them!

So here are a couple of pictures of the past month. Not much happening here. We went to his family's house in the country and a few minutes away is a place called Johnson's Shutins. It's part of a river system that cut out gouges from the rocks and its a cool place to swim and rock climb. It was real cold the day we went though so we did'nt stay to long! This is also where the camera broke AGAIN! I have used it twice and now it wont work because it dropped in the water. oh well.

Well we finally made it! It seems like we have been talking about this day for a VERY long time and now we are here and i look back and wonder where that time went and what did we do before it!! I am so proud of Ashlyn. She Got on the bus with no problems! I went to the school to make sure she got to her room and she acted like i was not there! she walked right in and went straight to her class. Of course when she walked in there she wanted to go right to the corner of toys but with some direction she hung up her back pack and found her seat! I made it through with no crying only because I knew she was excited and so am I!

Today is your birthday shout Hooray!!!

We had a pretty busy day but what a good day! We started by running errands which included the DMV, Costco, bank and McDonalds! all with the kids and just me! Then my air conditioning went out in the suburban, again. So we dropped the car off at the shop and as i was walking out Jesse Pulled up, as he got off work early to hang out with kimber. So we did one more errand and went off to Walmart to get Kimber's Ear pierced. She did sooooooo well with it. She wanted to cry but not a sound came out. It suprised me, i was all geared up for a screaming fit but was so proud of her instead!!! And they look soo cute on her! next we stopped on the way home to go to Ashlyn' s Meet the teacher night. After that we came home to Kimber's Favorite dinner of Mac and Cheese and waited for family to come over for cake and Ice Cream. Grandma Sue came through big time with an Awesome cake. She loved it and so did I. After presents which were great from all the Grandparents and Us we went for a short walk and off to bed! Thanks to all the friends and family who make our lives so blessed!

We did it again!!! I dont know what we were thinking. It's not like I dont have enough to do, but then here we are adding another member to our crazy family!!

Thats right.....Please Meet ROSCO.......our new puppy!

We got him on Saturday afternoon. We like to go to Petco and LOOK at all the puppies there and then leave, but this time we did not leave empty handed. While we were there, Ashlyn Begged and begged for us to get the dog. she promised to help us take care of it and I couldnt help but fall for the little mutt! He is 10 weeks old and they were not sure what breed he is but that he is a shephard mix. after some research jesse thinks he is a jack russell terrier. he is small and doesnt look like he is going to get too big. Ashlyn really has been good about taking care of him so i just hope it lasts!!
Oh yeah, he thinks he is also part parrot!

Well Today Is Lexi's fourth birthday and if I am being honest in these blogs there were a lot of times I did'nt think she would make it this far, She is so stubborn and Independant and there are so many times I did not know how to handle her! When she is not in her "moods" she is one great kid. She picks up on stuff so fast and retains the information so well. She also is very affectinate, she is always stopping her activities so come give me a kiss. We love Lexi and want to wish her a very Happy Birthday! Our camera is broken so I cant take pictures of her small party this year but here are some favorite pictures from over the years.

Lexi was a special birth because it was the first time Nana had seen one from the other side!!! Thanks grandma for being there!

I know I am late with Easter postings but our computer got a virus and it was down for a while. So now its back up and here is some pictures of Easter. I actually tried to get away with not doing Easter baskets again this year but Late Saturday Ashlyn got really excited that the Easter Bunny was going to leave them some thing in the morning, So I, Along with a billion other people went to walmart for last minute treasures. I just picked whatever was left and made do. we had a small egg hunt with cousin Megan after a very good Easter dinner by Grandma Hetty. The bast part of the whole day was, our stake conference ended up being that day and I am NOT Super Mom and just can't seem to get my self up to taking them to a two hour meeting and making them be quiet because sacrament is hard enough, so i dressed them up just to take pictures!!

Well to start out this Blog, I want to wish Jesse another very happy birthday. his Birthday is March 17 which you all know as St. Patricks Day. I had every intention of making it a big deal but of course like always I waited till the last minute so it was not the big production I wanted. The kids and I went to the Taxidermist to get his dear head mounted. It is a very long process so he wont get it back untill december. Then we went to the store and picked out and outfit. We actually got a babysitter and Jesse and I went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse our new favorite place! after dinner we just drove and took time to be out. If there was a store we wanted to check out we did! it was nice to not have to unload and reload kids all night! So like I said not much to it but just a nice pleasent night. The kids and I also got Jesse a Cookie Cake in Stead of a real one because we all know what a cookie monster he is!

Well, my baby boy is 1 today. It's crazy to see him grow and really see him learning. It was like one day something snapped in his mind and he realized he could do so much more damage then he already was doing. He has been a little hard to keep up with. I am so happy to have him in our family. He is so much fun when he is being silly and makes the cutest schrunchy faces ever. He is my little lover boy and I love his kisses. I am going to enjoy it now cause it probably wont last long!!! Carter also shares this day with Jesse's Dad (papa Bill) so here is a picture of them for their b-day dinner.

So i have not updated in a while because really we have not done a single thing in weeks. I think I am just so busy doing our everyday stuff like laundry and cleaning up and cooking and baths and just STUFF that we really dont do any thing.
I have however started on the process of a new schedule(hopefully) I have registered Ashlyn and Lexi for a Tiger Tots program at the local High School so 4 days a week from 11:15 to 1:50 I will be down to just two kids! In that time I am hopeing to get to the gym and get in a good workout. or do shopping and that kind of stuff! then in August Ashlyn starts real school!!
But in the mean time...we had a real good snow a few weeks ago. My first mistake was letting the kids go out and play. It was a mistake because we were not fully prepared with snow gear. We have some stuff but it was not enough so the next day we went and bought everything we needed for the kids and Jesse and I, but it was too late. the kids were already sick. I really dont think much of it, just thought it was a normal cold but Lexi had a fever of 103.5 so we took her to urgent care and found out she had pneumonia. The next morning I took the other 3 kids in to be check because they had all had the same symptoms. so the results were Ashlyn has pneumonia and and ear infection and carter has an ear infection and Kimber is just fine. Kimber is sleeping alot b ut I think that has to do with other stuff like growth spurts and such. So we have added dubble time of doing nothing. Ashlyn and lexi sleep alot and just watch movies allllll day long. All I can say is thank goodness for my books on my ipod or I would have to listen to all the barbie movies all day!! so here are a few pictures of our snow and the girls sleeping since that is all I have to show for the past little while.

This Christmas Jesse's aunt Angie bought the kids there outfits as there presents which I was so greatful for. I hate having to choose because they are all so pretty. This will be the only picture you will see of me on this blog untill I get the baby weight off so enjoy!! I love the picture of Jesse and Carter. He is such a little man I love it. OK so I thought that Lexi would be a little older before she would want or be able to handle getting her ears pierced, once again she suprised me. For the last few weeks she has been talking about getting earings. So I talked to her about it for a while and she decided that it was ok if it hurt for a while and as long as we got Ice Cream after she was good with it. So yesterday we took a trip to the mall and here is how it went.

I Finally did it! I cut Kimber's Hair. With the first two girls I was not all that sad to cut off there baby curls but with Kimber I was. So here are just a couple of pictures of that sad first cut. I am just glad it turned out cute!

As most of you know I am a born and raised California girl. I lived there for 22 years and then moved to Arizona of all places so my expericene with snow has been limited to a few trips to Big Bear and Juliann. I have been really nervous about moving to Missouri because of my limited knowledge and starting today i am going to be tested. Jesse had to work this morning and before he left he came in to tell me that it snowed and he tried to wake the girls so he could show them their frist snow but they would not budge. I looked out the window in our room first and it was really pretty. When Ashlyn came in to my room I told her there was a surprise outside. I took her to the kitchen where there is a window that looks out into the backyard and she was so excited to see that it had finally snowed! we have been talking about it for weeks now!! so here are some pictures of our morning.

OK......So it has been a long time since I have updated this blog so here I go...
We have had a lot happen in the last month. it's not so much that i have been super busy but that i feel like I have writers block. I feel like i can't express well enough how i feel about it all, so forgive me in this blog but i just have to get this over with.
I guess the biggest thing to happen is our move to Missouri. Jesse and I went back and forth for a while about what to do and we finally made a decision that brought us to Missouri. For those of you who dont' know, Jesse grew up here and all his family still lives here. Back in June we had to make a very hard choice and that was to file for Bankruptcy and close our business. We just lost momentum with the housing market slow down because all our builders just could not find the work any more. So we closed up shop. Whatever we could not sell we packed up and left. Jesse's Grandma generously offered to let us stay with her since she lives by herself and that is where we are now. Jesse has applied for a couple of jobs and we hope to hear something soon. We do have one big problem now however. when we packed, we could not fit everything in our 20 foot trailer, because it was to heavy. Jesse had to unload some stuff and his tools were part of that. He had a plan to go back with his dad and pick up the rest of the stuff but a few days after we got to Missouri my dad went to the Arizona house to check the mail and the house and found all of Jesse's tools gone. It really sucks because now all plumbing opportunities out here have been taken away and he has absolutely no tools
Anyway.......So we are here in Missouri living with his grandma but everyone is happy and healthy and we like our new ward and that is all that matters right?

OK SO...... I am so proud of myself..... before i go on, all you "cool" moms are going to look at this and say "so what" "it's no big deal" but for me it is so please bare with me. one day i was sitting around with the kids and Ashlyn was as usual asking me if she could do all this "stuff" and i decided that I needed to get off my butt and do a quality project with them since i did not put them in preschool this year (long story for another day). So I mentally prepared myself (i Have said it before, having four kids should be fun but lets be real, with all of them under four it gets hard for me to please everyone at the same time.) and took them to wal-mart to pick out something fun to do. so we got home from walmart ate lunch and I put Carter down for his nap (one down) then I got everything as organized as I could and did a project with all three girls. when that was done I put kimber down for her nap (two down) and spent another hour or more with the older two girls and had a fun craft afternoon. now you might say "so what" but let me tell you it was good for me to do with them. I put all my rules and cleaning and "mess tending" aside and the girls had a blast. here are a couple of pictures of that proud day!!

Kimber is Finally 2! I think she has had the terrible 2's for the last year and now I have an excuse as to why she is so grumpy! I has nothing to do with how spoiled she is right (wink wink!!) Happy Birthday Kimber we Love you!

I was so lucky to find this Barbie. Ashlyn has it in Pink and Lexi got the purple one for her b-day so to find one in blue was great!!

Summer Fun!

This summer (as i am sure it is for the rest of you) has been a summer of staing close to home and just hanging out. The gas it takes to get anywhere is just to much so we have been staying home and the girls have had a lot of swim time thanks to my broher getting into a house with a pool. Special thanks to Papa to for working with the girls in the pool. With two other kids that need all my attention it gets kinda tricky to do these kind of things!

This is about as far as Kimber wants to get in. She's just happy watching everyone right now!

Ok so yesterday at church during sunday school, Carter was playing on the floor and made his way to the chair in front of us. he started gumming the leg of the chair so I picked him up to rub his gums for him and guess what I found?!! A tooth! a sharp little poky thing right there in his mouth. so I am excited . He is so much like Ashlyn in so many ways that this just adds to the list because she had two teeth by 6 months and I did not even know she got her first tooth because she never showed signs of it.

Ok, so haveing four kids that are so close in age should be fun and exciting right? well it is, dont get me wrong but can I say it is a whole lot more work! I have some pictures here to just show SOME of the crazy things I see and have to put up with. I will have to explain some of them so bare with me!

Ok This first picture is a reproduction in a more safe environment. I gave the girls baggies of cheetos the other day and of course Kimber took hers into the living room and dumped them all on the floor. well Carter was playing on the floor at that time too and just llike a fly to honey he goes to the cheetos. Now you might be thinking, what how did he do that? Well carter is now 5 months and now he flops him self all over the the place like a little seal and sits himself up. Yes pretty soon she will be full on crawling. so anyway he gets to the cheetos and before I can get to him he has it in his mouth. now cheetos desolve pretty well and quick so i kinda just let him suck on it to see what he would do. He loved it. I took the chunk out of his mouth before he could sollow it but i had to get his first people food on camera so I put him in his high chair and gave him another one.

OK this picture of Kimber I had to edit a little bit. She is wanting to potty train and keeping clothes on her is so hard so needless to say she was naked. The girls are big into coloring right now so they were all out in the living room coloring. I was walking back and forth putting things away when I walked by a glanced at the table and kimber was sitting there watching me walk by with a huge smile and this in her nose. it took me a second to realize that she had a crayon in her nose but i took a detour grabbed the camera and cought this picture! this is not the only thing she has ever put in her nose either. we had to get the tweezers a few weeks ago and get a pink bead out.

This is just of her using the potty. I am trying to make it a big deal when she goes and this kinda stuff helps.

Ashlyn is trying to be a good helper and always wanting to do things for carter. This night in particuler she kept asking me if she could feed carter. I told her no like fifty times but does she listen? NO. I had to get up to referee the other two girls and when I came back this is what I found. now I should have been really mad because I had told her no before but just before this picture i saw her feed him and he took it! which was a good thing because he really wont eat for me. so I watched for a second and then this is what happened next. so I grabbed the camera because I figured "oh well it's only a mess right. it's not like she's trying to hurt him (this time!)

I love her exression here. she is doing the typical mom reaction. thinking that if she opens her mouth it will help him! Right after this picture was taken she got some of te food on her hand and it grossed her out and she quit!

Well it has been a very long time since I logged in and updated any information so here goes the readers digest version. We have had two more kids and bought our own business. Kimber Lynn was born in August of 2006 and Carter Wayne was born in February of 2008. Ashlyn and Lexi are doing wonderful and every day gets more and more interesting. We bought the company that Jesse was working for in 2006. The owner was ready to move on to other things so Jesse took over. It has been really hard the last two years but a great learning experiance for the both of us. so here are some pictures to update the last two years.

Hello everyone. I know I have not updated this in a while but here are some more pictures of the girls. Also for those of you who don;t know, I am Pregnent again! yes i know we are crazy but it is a great blessing. I am do at the end of August which is not a blessing in the arizona heat but at least I am at home with the girls now and we can hit the pool everyday!

Lexi is all over the place now. I can't wait untill she is walking.

We let Ashlyn walk through the department store and what did she go for, of course the fancy purses!

Ok Grandma Sue inspired me to update my site when I saw her great blogspot! We do have a little bit of new news. I have decided to stop working and stay home with the girls full time! We prayed long and hard and after some time things have fallen into palce. I will be hard for a while but I think we will be ok. I know I love being with the girls. My first week was a little challenging though, Lexi got pretty sick and all I did for 3 and and half days was hold her. Ashlyn had had it the week before Lexi so needless to say we have not done much the last couple of weeks. Poor Ashlyn was getting pretty stir crazy! They are getting better although I still think it is going to put a damper on this years Halloween party's! For some reason other parents dont want their kids to get sick, Silly huh! Here is just a couple of pictures of the girls in October 2005. Oh the picture of all the papers on the floor is a funny story, The short version is Ashlyn got in the Library and pulled all our files out and Jesse found her standing in the drawer! that girl will get into anything!!! we Hope you are are well and hope to hear from you! I can't believe how time fly's! Lexi rolled over for the first time on Saturday 9/10/05. I thought maybe it was a fluke because she only did it once but sunday and Monday she was a rolling over fool~!! any time now that I put her on her back she goes right to her tummy! It's so fun to watch her grow up. Of corse Ashlyn is right there with her. I tried to put her shoes on her Sunday and They did not fit! She must have grown over night! Not too much else is going on. I have had a couple of Dr's appointments about my Thyroid. We will have to see how that comes out. They think it's going to fast so I may have to take medicine. hopfully not. Well I hope everyone is doing great, I would love to hear from everyone!

Well I have said it before that that I could not get some good pictures of Lexi and that has stayed true. I have been able to get one or two here and there. It also is hard when I have a helper named Ashlyn. She loves her sister but she does it a little too much and makes Lexi mad... We blessed Lexi on July 31, 2005 so here are a couple of pictures of that. I have finally been able to put Ashlyn's hair in ponytails so you can see that too. We love you all and miss you!

Well I wish I could get a good picture of Lexi but every time I try she makes a face or the flash gets her upset so here is a couple that came out ok.

She is a great sleeper just like her dad. she is sleeping about 6 hours at night. I love her for that!

Well we finally after two years, have landscaped the backyard. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS!! Jesse said when we first moved in that all he wanted was cabinets for the garage and a nice backyard. well now he has both. I have to admit that I am excited too because now Ashlyn has a place to play. We put lots of grass and very nice trees back there. It will take a while for the trees to mature in to nice shade but that is ok.

Lexi Sue Wallis is Here!

Hi eveighryone! Our long awaited time is here and So is Lexi. she was born May 27th 2005 at 7:47 pm. She weighed in at 6 lbs 1 oz and was 18 3/4 in. everything went really well. We are so happy to have her here. Ashlyn is taking it day by day. she trys to be helpful which is

well Ashlyn turned one on April 27. We just had her party on saturday and it was a blast! we had lots of kids come by and paly and Ashlyn made a big mess with her cake. we had her one year pictures done on Friday and they are so cute. here you go! Grandma's I will be sending you pictures soon!

Here is Ashlyn in her pretty Easter Dress! It's so fun to play dress up. The bow however only lasted for the car ride to church after that she was done, but her shoes stayed on the whole time which is a first!!!

Here is some of here the other day just getting into trouble at home! she loves to pull everything out of the diaper bag!

Well we found out we are having another GIRL!!

as much as we wanted a boy this is great too. We are so excited to see what she looks like. Names on the other hand is going to be a problem. we had such a hard time with Ashlyn's name that this is going to be really hard.

Friday's Dr Apt.

Well Ashlyn and I both had Dr's Apt on Friday and they went well. At mine I got to hear the Baby's heart beat. It was cool because with Ashlyn we did not hear the heart beat this early so it makes it so much more real! other then that everything else is good.

Ashlyn's apt was a little different though. The last couple of months the Dr has been concerned with her not gaining enough weight so last month he told me to start her on baby food which I did and she eats really well but still has not gained a whole pound each month. Last month she was 12 lbs 9 oz and this month she is 13 lbs 3 oz. So he wants to have her checked for anemia. What he does not understand though is both Jesse and I were little as kids and that she is always on the go. She is so active that she burns all that she eats. To give you an example, she is now pulling her self up on to her knees and then standing! Can you believe it? She wont crawl the right way but she is standing. It's really fun to watch because she tries to climb on everything, the laundry basket, tables, the bag the diapers come in, me and Jesse everything! So anyway hopefully she will start to grow or the Dr will stop being so paranoid! Either one will do!

Second Tooth

Well I think I cursed myself by saying Ashlyns tooth was not bothering her. The last day or two she has been real quiet and waking up crying a couple of times a night. She normaly only talks when she wakes up but not last night. She also is not eating as much as she usually does. but she is still ok. I think this second tooth is the one that is bothering her. It is coming in and coming fast so we are hopeing that it will get better soon! This is a picture of what she does about 23 1/2 hours a day with her fingers!

Ashlyn's First Tooth

Ashlyn got her first tooth on Friday October 15. It is her bottom left tooth and boy is it sharp! I think her right tooth is coming any time now too. The good thing about it, is that she is not showing any signs of it bothering her. I just happend to notice it becuase I was chatting with my neighbor about her daughters tooth and I went in to feel Ashlyn's gums to see if it was close and there it was!!!

She is gettting so close to crawling too! It will probably be the next few weeks. She is moving so fast right now and eating her baby food really well (except when she is done she spits it at me, I have to put a bib on her and me!!)

We are having so much fun with her, it is so fun to hear her giggle! Love you all!

Dr's Apt

Just went to the Dr this morning. Every thing is good i am about 6 weeks now. He confirmed that my due date would be 5-27-05. That would be really crazy if that ends up being the date because Ashlyn's is April 27!

So I go back in a month and I will let you know how it's going. Hope you all are doing great.

Big News

Well we have big news for you all......

I am pregnant agian!!!

We just found out on Saturday...boy were we shocked. But it is ok and we are happy about it. We looked at the Chinese Calander and it says that it should be a Boy so that made Jesse happy.

Jesse is happy I think. Sometimes he is hard to read. at least this time he did not make me take 3 pregnancy tests. So I will most likly be due in late may maybe June. I will keep you up to date!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say hello and that we are all doing good. Ashlyn is rolling around everywhere now. It is so much fun to see her moving. She is trying so hard to crawl. It won't be long before she firgures out how to get up on her arms. She is such a happy little girl who is finnaly sleeping through the night! Mom is so happy about that. I'll update pictures soon.
